Settlement paying Arrears even though payments are current.
So the court decides a percentage of my income to go to child support and arrears, and allow me to have a certain percent for myself. Also I have never missed a child support payment since my court date. I saved my money that the court already determined I could have and financed a car. Got rear ended by someone car was totaled and now most of my settlement is going to arrears. Mind you the way I purchased this car was from the money the court said was mine. How is this fair?
