The abuse by employers and foreigh-led recruiting firms must stop! Large US tech corporations are trying to squeeze STEM educated professionals through fraud using the H-1B visa program.

I just lost my $95k job to an H-1B worker from India. Take note Congress. St. Charles County in MO is going to go anti incumbant. I VOTE. He does not.

E2 visas for investors and business are the only ones that benefit the US. H1B do not help the economy.

I help people of MA find employment but is difficult to place individuals in positions offering competitive compensation. The MA market is saturated with cheap foreign labour.

companies headquartered outside of the US, companies with foreign ownership should not be allowed to bring workers into this country on H1-B.

The company I work for has H1B visa workers. Uses ginned up tests that nobody actually passes as part of their evidence for the need of the H1B visas. These H1B visa holders are then given preference for advancement in the USA by other H1B visa holders. Yet they discriminate against US citizens and won't allow them the opportunity to work at international positions where they will send non-US citizens from countries in Europe and Asia. This is the other side of the coin, H1B visas are also being used to make US citizens second class workers.

I lost my job to a H1B holder. Companies here in CT just want to save money in the short term. The low unemployment numbers are manipulated to make Obama look good; there are still many engineers (U.S. citizens) out of work.
