Hi there,

I am writing to you to ask you for your support for H-4 Dependent Spouses to Apply for Employment Authorization. H-4 dependent spouses of principal H-1B non-immigrants who have begun the process of seeking lawful permanent resident (LPR) status through employment and have extended their authorized period of admission or "stay" in the U.S. under section 104(c) or 106(a) of Public Law 106-313, also known as the American Competitiveness in the Twenty-First Century Act of 2000 (AC21). Allowing the eligible class of H-4 dependent spouses to work encourages professionals with high demand skills to remain in the country and help spur the innovation and growth of U.S. companies, and thus allow the United States to remain a world leader in high technology. Already published in the Unified Agenda......

Please pass this rule!!!!

Thanks and Regards!

There must be a million reasons to do? In this economy of the United States, it is essential that both spouses work, if you want to enjoy the welfare of living in the United States. If holders of H-1B VISA are qualified people who favor the economy of the United States, reason why they should, and his family, be deprived of their own benefit they bring to this country. For a large majority, the dream of carrying an H-1B visa, becomes a chimera, if they are "punished" to the end in every way; a) If they remain in the country, accrued expenses, meaning able to obtain citizenship, limited in every way the family economy. b) If they give up and decide to return to his country, it is the same; Qualified came seeking a better condition of life. But returned equally qualified without having enjoyed the possible condition of life; because their economy is always affected by the same costs, and the inability to work of their partner.
