NATIONAL REGISTRY FOR ANIMAL ABUSERS

Messages Sent So Far
It is of the utmost priority that each State keep and maintain a registry of all animal abusers. These abusers have been linked to serial killing, domestic violence as well as drug related issues and so forth. This kind of crime breeds other crimes and must be stopped. If we have a national registry of these criminals, we would be able to keep them from ever adopting an animal again, we would be able to look at them first when searching for a serial killer, we would be able to protect those who are victims of domestic violence. It's a new day and our animals need our voice. Please, President Obama, get involved in animal rights and make this happen.
Please support this petition.
Thank you and God Bless you
from all of us who care about our animals

Murder of any innocent animal is a heinous and violent act and is almost always the precursor of even more killings. Eventually, some of these mentally disturbed individuals go on to take human lives so, please, people, support a National Registry of Animal Abusers, that can easily be referenced ! We need to protect our animals and those we love!

This would help law enforcement and the criminal justice system in developing a history of violent offenders. Also shelters and private individuals who are looking for homes for pets in need. Additionally individuals can use it as a tool to make sure new people close to them are safe to be around. I shouldn't have to mention the common sense reason of our pets and wild life deserve our protection and need a voice and we should do everything in our power to protect them.

Abuse of an animal is a sign of a deep seeded abnormality in someone's makeup that needs to be addressed. By creating a registry, we will be able to protect innocent animals from going into the hands of such criminals as well as being able to help the police with potential evidence should they ever be arrested or charged with something. We must start this as soon as possible to protect the innocent animals and people.
