Tell Congress: Abolish Parental Alienation!

Messages Sent So Far
STOP THE EPIDEMIC OF PARENTAL ALIENATION NOW!

We The Undersigned Call Upon The Senate/ Congress Of The United States Of America to Stop Parental Alienation By Making it A Crime Punishable By Law.

This petition is for all children world wide who are suffering as a result of the selfish affairs between two parents. When a child is alienated from a parent, it is not just a mere separation between two people, it is the creation of a life-long hiatus affecting the child for the rest of his/her life.

The absence of love and the lack of presence to the child from many of his/her family members, such as: grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers, and sisters. It uproots the child's identity, and by doing this horrific act they are destroying the child's emotional foundation.

A parent should not have the right to want to damage the relationship of their own child with the other parent at their own child's expense!

What we do to help our children today as a nation will remain immortal. We Must Abolish Parental Alienation!

Parental alienation is a crime committed against innocent children and should be punishable by law.

Please don't allow another child to suffer do to parental alienation. Make the difference by signing this petition!

Please, help abolish parental alienation. It affects all of us.
We must have emotionally stable children in order to live in a stable world.

?When you do nothing, you feel overwhelmed and powerless. But when you get involved, you feel the sense of hope and accomplishment that comes from knowing you are working to make things better.?

If you are reading this petition find it in your heart to understand the pain and the suffering of innocent children. Every single signature is going to make the difference to help abolish the pain and suffering due to parental alienation.

Being there for your children at all times is the indispensable element of pure love. -- Grace

We have to do something about this; how can it be okay to use children in this manner? Why do the courts turn a blind eye--not to me--but to the children in whose "best interest" they are acting?

I started out with a granted protection order (due to physical abuse from my ex) along with full custody awarded to me. Over $10,000 spent, 3 psych admits, 3 different lawyers, and months of psychological trauma later, I now have not seen my son in over 2 and a half months nor spoken to him in over a month. He is only 3 and I was his primary caregiver. The courts and our guardian ad litem continue to side with my ex and disregard his violent past, lies, and manipulation.

We've lost two children to parental alienation and they're working hard on the third and last child. I actually have in an email from my stepsons grandfather stating that he sat him down and forced him to say he didn't have any respect for his dad. I expect by the end of this year the third child will succum to the pressure and leave like the other two did.

I haven't seen my son or grandchildren in 3 years...nor anyone in our family... his wife has told him that if he has anything to do with us ... she will leave him and take the kids from him... his fear is real... stop the abuse already... we need laws to stop this abuse that women take to far...

This is a crime that definitely needs to be addressed and definitely needs to be punishable by law the effect that it has on children should not be happening and we need Congress to step up and take notice of this and move on making this law in 2017

My husband and I have been completely erased from his son's life over the last 3 1/2 years. We are not allowed phone calls, email, or any other contact on "her scheduled time". We aren't allowed to know about any of his extracurricular activities. He has been taught that only her family counts and his father, paternal half-siblings and family are not relevant. The twisted psychological effects of parental alienation are toxic to both the child and the targeted parent/family. We have spent over $15K in attorneys and courts just trying to allowed the phone calls, contact, and rights that have already been granted by law. Still, not one phone call in over three years. This is such an insidious and disgusting form of child abuse.
