THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATIONS SECRET KILL LIST OF AMERICAN CITIZENS
Peacemakers, activists, journalists, political opponents, innocent American citizens, have been targeted and placed on a secret kill list by the United States Presidents, FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ. According to former FBI Agent and whistleblower Geral Sosbee the FBI and the CIA routinely torture, kill, falsely imprison, or force suicide upon the targeted individuals in the United States and globally. My name is Lori Zarlenga- Blaquiere. I was born on September 14, 1961 in the state of Rhode Island. I am witness to the fact that the FBI and the CIA assassinate innocent American Citizens and inhumanely torture the targeted person forcing him/her to live under horrific conditions . The former President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama, among others have violated the U.S. and International laws and have committed crimes against humanity. President Barack Obama and former President George W. Bush have violated my rights and liberties and have issued orders to assassinate me including but not limited to unlawfully wiretapping my telephones, hacking my computers, surveillancing me; used all members of my family as informants or anyone connected to me. The incidents mentioned herein began after I filed a lawsuit that involved the FDA. American Citizens were injured by contaminated genetically engineered L-tryptophan. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) are at fault for the deaths and severe injuries of thousands of Americans. Also, I filed lawsuits against Law Enforcement. My case could have re-opened thousands of lawsuits and damaging discovery against the United States Government. Law Enforcement has been unlawfully interrogating my 14 year old granddaughter on an ongoing basis at her school. Law Enforcement forced my granddaughter to answer intelligence gathering questions about me. Law Enforcement threatened my granddaughter that if she told anyone about unlawfully questioning her about me, my granddaughter would be in big trouble. Law Enforcement has terrorized and traumatized my granddaughter for life.There are no words that can express the profound heartbreak of discovering my son, Michael Stephen Zarlenga is an F.B.I. informant against his own Mother to help the Federal Bureau of Investigation carry out Orders issued by former President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama to assassinate his own Mother. My son attempted suicide after he discovered that I was aware that he was an F.B.I. informant against his own Mother to help the Federal Bureau of Investigation carry out Orders issued by former President George W. Bush. After my son was released from a hospital in Pennsylvania, I thought my son would no longer continue to be an F.B.I. informant. However, my son continued to betray me by aiding and abetting as an F.B.I. informant against his own Mother to help the Federal Bureau of Investigation carry out Orders issued by former President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama to assassinate his own Mother. On January 22, 2006, I was kidnapped by Warwick, Rhode Island police officer Joseph Mee. There were other police officers on the scene including a plain clothes man who assisted officer Mee who was omitted from the Warwick dispatch log. There are other incidents of law enforcements falsifying police reports and covering up their unlawful activities. The unlawful activities mentioned herein are ongoing and have continued to date. On December 7, 2006, I filed a Complaint against Supervisory Special Agent Nicholas Murphy of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, FBI Agent Holly Steves, Special Agent Eric Yankee of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office Rhode Island State Police, West Warwick Police, among others who filed false police reports, made false statements, obstructed justice, aided and abetted with the United States Government in a criminal conspiracy to assassinate me. Supervisory Special Agent Nicholas Murphy of the Federal Bureau of Investigations, among others stepped down from their position after I filed a Complaint against them on December 7, 2006. The Federal Bureau of Investigation covered up the unlawful hacking of my computers by the United States Government. Supervisor Nicholas Murphy stated to me that he did not want me to give him supporting documents/evidence in my possession relating to the hacking of my computers. I contacted Supervisor Nicholas Murphy after I was kidnapped by Warwick Police Officer Joseph Mee to report the kidnapping. I was a young Mother at the age of 14. I refused to comply with Adults who wanted me to have an abortion. I wanted to have my baby and was determined to save my baby's life. My son and I were best friends. I could never have imagined that my baby son would grow up to become an F.B.I. informant to help the Federal Bureau of Investigation carry out Orders issued by former President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama to assassinate and take away his own Mother's life. The United States Government has destroyed my life, my relationship with my family, and my Country. All United States leaders who participated in the criminal organizations of the fbi and the cia, with respect to torture, false imprisonment, forced suicide, and other atrocities (such as non-consensual human medical experimentation) must stand trial as war criminals, or for crimes against Humanity and crimes against Peace. Political, military and economics leaders, as well as propaganda directors in the government and in the mainstream media are subject to indictment for crimes against Humanity.
All fbi and cia directors are to be tried; all presidents who condoned or covered up the crimes will be held liable. All Secretaries of State, Defense, any other agency which carried out atrocities committed by the fbi and the cia will be held accountable. All other persons, identified by a thorough and objective investigation, who aided or covered up the atrocities will be called to answer for their crimes against Humanity. Names such as George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Barack Obama, Joseph Biden, CIA Directors George Tenet, Michael Hayden, Leon Panetta, John Brennan, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Robert Gates, Senators Jack Reed, Sheldon Whitehouse, Lincoln Chaffee, John Cornyn, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, F.B.I. Directors Robert Mueller, James Comey, U.S. Attorney Generals Alberto Gonzales, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, etc. will become synonymous with the names of their German Nazi counterparts of the 1930s. Law makers, judges, lawyers and others who have covered up Crimes Against Humanity and those who engaged in the inhumanely dirty deed should be subject to prosecution for the heinous crimes. The F.B.I., CIA, and Police are not peace officers, there are no different than the Nazi police or secret police and Judges cover up their crimes. Kidnapping and Assassination of innocent American Citizens, Obstruction of Justice, Suppression of Evidence, Perjury, Fabrication of Evidence, Criminal Conspiracy, Conspiracy to Violate and the Violation of Civil Rights, Attempted Extortion, Attempted Blackmail, False Arrest, False Imprisonment, Fraud, Burglary, Robbery, Felonious Assault and Battery, Destruction of Personal Property, Petty Theft, Theft of and Tampering with U.S. Mail, wiretapping and hacking U.S. Citizens computers, the injection (or placing) various chemicals, bacterial and viral infections into targeted innocent American Citizens; concomitant with the chemical and biological assaults the FBI and the CIA, colluding with physicians to cause harm and death to their patients who are being targeted, colluding with judges to cover up their crimes, and a variety of other high crimes and misdemeanors.
All three branches of the United States Government (and segments of the community at large) are compliant with the mandates of FBI and CIA terrorist assaults as described above and all government officials at the local, state and federal levels pretend that no such criminal activity as described herein; thus, to date the Congress of the United States, the entire Judiciary and each and every employee of the Executive branch of the government of the United States of America may directly or indirectly support the terrorist activities of the FBI and the CIA.
This is crimes against humanity because it is deliberate and intentional killing of civilians for political or other purposes. That is not tolerable under the international systems. And it should be prosecuted pursuant to the existing laws.
The American people have been deliberately and consciously Lied to by our government that we live in a democracy.
The terror unleashed by Hitler has become a benchmark from which people judge evil. The Nazis and Japanese armies included some of the worst war criminals that have ever lived during recorded history. Americans have been raised to believe the atrocities perpetrated by our enemies were anathema to our way of life and could never be accepted by our democratic institutions.
Doomed to defeat by the superior Allied forces, it was thought that the forces of fascism had been routed and that the world was safe for democracy. The irony is that the intelligence apparatus of the U.S. government saved many of the most hardened Nazi war criminals from a certain execution in order to recruit them as scientists, spies and guerrilla warriors in the anticipated war with the Soviet Union. And this had dire effects on our country's democracy.
Many Americans may not be aware of this wide spread recruitment of SS and Gestapo alumni into our intelligence agencies but it has had a profound effect on the shaping of our domestic and foreign policy, often with ruinous consequences. The legacy of this incorporation of Nazis into the CIA and U.S. military has been a half a century of support for fascist regimes, juntas, death squads, torture and the overthrow of democratically elected governments around the world.
This policy of adopting Nazis into our intelligence agencies did not consciously begin as some conspiracy to protect fascists. It was pragmatic. The use of Nazis and their collaborators was looked upon much the same way police use confidential informants. They could be given immunity from prosecution and granted special favors for their assistance in the war against the Soviets. However, the program became perverted. Agencies set up to investigate Nazi war criminals ended up as programs to subvert communism -- with the help of those same Nazis. And many of elements of their fascistic philosophy were adopted by the U.S.
Another tragic consequence of the use of Nazi agents was the adoption of many of their tactics. Fascists were used to train police and intelligence agencies in other countries including the United States, which persecuted dissidents and were involved in the murder and torture of their citizens.
Journalists were recruited as CIA assets. The media was used to suppress stories that were embarrassing to the agency. Press investigations were squelched. The press was used to plant false stories and disseminate propaganda for consumption by foreign and domestic readers.
Reporting on the war has been censored. Unfavorable coverage in the foreign press seldom is reported here at home. American soldiers threatened to shoot a journalist who was investigating civilian casualties. The Pentagon planned to establish an office to plant propaganda in the media of both friendly and unfriendly governments.
The introduction of Nazi war criminals into our intelligence and scientific communities is in large part the reason for the perversion of democracy in other nations as well as our own. If knowledge is power, we should become aware of our past in order to become better world citizens. It may be the only way to thwart future terrorist attacks and preserve our constitutional rights. If the government-be it the President, Congress, the courts or any federal, state or local agent or agency-can decide that any person has no rights, then that person becomes less than a citizen, less than human, less than deserving of respect, dignity, civility and bodily integrity.
Those who founded this country believed that what we conceive of as our rights were given to us by God-we are created equal, according to the nation's founding document, the Declaration of Independence-and that government cannot create nor can they extinguish our God-given rights. To do so would be to anoint the government with god-like powers and elevate it above the citizenry. We must not allow the government to dictate to us, rather
"we the people" must give marching orders to those whose paychecks are funded with taxpayer dollars.
If we continue to wait for the government to restore our freedoms, respect our rights, rein in its abuses and restrain its agents from riding roughshod over our lives, our liberty and our happiness, then we will be waiting forever.
So what is the answer?

Sandra Bland- In Waller County, Texas, Sandra Bland, 28 year old young black woman from Illinois, an activist with Black Lives Matter, who was, according to friends and family, excited about her new job in Texas, is stopped for a minor traffic violation, beaten, jailed and found dead two days later in her cell. Sandra Bland was found hanging from her cell .
She was pulled over by Encinia for failure to use her turn signal near Prairie View A&M, where she was expected to start her new job the following Monday. I believe the police were targeting and surveillance her and knew the location she was going to near Prairie View A&M, where she was expected to start her new job. I have had the same experience with police illegally stopping the vehicle that I am in and following me. I have had police officers asking how many people live in my house and if I live alone which has nothing to do with a traffic stop, especially when I was not the one driving the vehicle. The police never voluntarily identify who they are or leave a paper trail. It is not a coincidence that the cop in Sandra Bland's case just so happened to be near her new job waiting in his police vehicle. This case should be fully independently investigated. My understanding is there was a pattern of other traffic stops targeting Sandra Bland prior to the traffic stop that led to her tragic death.

Peacemakers, activists, journalists, political opponents, innocent American citizens, have been targeted and placed on a secret kill list by the United States Presidents, FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ. All three branches of the United States Government (and segments of the community at large) are compliant with the mandates of FBI and CIA terrorist assaults as described above and all government officials at the local, state and federal levels pretend that no such criminal activity as described herein; thus, to date the Congress of the United States, the entire Judiciary and each and every employee of the Executive branch of the government of the United States of America may directly or indirectly support the terrorist activities of the FBI and the CIA.
This is crimes against humanity because it is deliberate and intentional killing of civilians for political or other purposes. That is not tolerable under the international systems. And it should be prosecuted pursuant to the existing laws.
The American people have been deliberately and consciously Lied to by our government that we live in a democracy.
The terror unleashed by Hitler has become a benchmark from which people judge evil. The Nazis and Japanese armies included some of the worst war criminals that have ever lived during recorded history. Americans have been raised to believe the atrocities perpetrated by our enemies were anathema to our way of life and could never be accepted by our democratic institutions.
Doomed to defeat by the superior Allied forces, it was thought that the forces of fascism had been routed and that the world was safe for democracy. The irony is that the intelligence apparatus of the U.S. government saved many of the most hardened Nazi war criminals from a certain execution in order to recruit them as scientists, spies and guerrilla warriors in the anticipated war with the Soviet Union. And this had dire effects on our country's democracy.
Many Americans may not be aware of this wide spread recruitment of SS and Gestapo alumni into our intelligence agencies but it has had a profound effect on the shaping of our domestic and foreign policy, often with ruinous consequences. The legacy of this incorporation of Nazis into the CIA and U.S. military has been a half a century of support for fascist regimes, juntas, death squads, torture and the overthrow of democratically elected governments around the world.
This policy of adopting Nazis into our intelligence agencies did not consciously begin as some conspiracy to protect fascists. It was pragmatic. The use of Nazis and their collaborators was looked upon much the same way police use confidential informants. They could be given immunity from prosecution and granted special favors for their assistance in the war against the Soviets. However, the program became perverted. Agencies set up to investigate Nazi war criminals ended up as programs to subvert communism -- with the help of those same Nazis. And many of elements of their fascistic philosophy were adopted by the U.S.
Another tragic consequence of the use of Nazi agents was the adoption of many of their tactics. Fascists were used to train police and intelligence agencies in other countries including the United States, which persecuted dissidents and were involved in the murder and torture of their citizens.
Journalists were recruited as CIA assets. The media was used to suppress stories that were embarrassing to the agency. Press investigations were squelched. The press was used to plant false stories and disseminate propaganda for consumption by foreign and domestic readers.
Reporting on the war has been censored. Unfavorable coverage in the foreign press seldom is reported here at home. American soldiers threatened to shoot a journalist who was investigating civilian casualties. The Pentagon planned to establish an office to plant propaganda in the media of both friendly and unfriendly governments.
The introduction of Nazi war criminals into our intelligence and scientific communities is in large part the reason for the perversion of democracy in other nations as well as our own. If knowledge is power, we should become aware of our past in order to become better world citizens. It may be the only way to thwart future terrorist attacks and preserve our constitutional rights. Sandra Bland- In Waller County, Texas, Sandra Bland, 28 year old young black woman from Illinois, an activist with Black Lives Matter, who was, according to friends and family, excited about her new job in Texas, is stopped for a minor traffic violation, beaten, jailed and found dead two days later in her cell. Sandra Bland was found hanging from her cell .
She was pulled over by Encinia for failure to use her turn signal near Prairie View A&M, where she was expected to start her new job the following Monday. I believe the police were targeting and surveillance her and knew the location she was going to near Prairie View A&M, where she was expected to start her new job. I have had the same experience with police illegally stopping the vehicle that I am in and following me. I have had police officers asking how many people live in my house and if I live alone which has nothing to do with a traffic stop, especially when I was not the one driving the vehicle. The police never voluntarily identify who they are or leave a paper trail. It is not a coincidence that the cop in Sandra Bland's case just so happened to be near her new job waiting in his police vehicle. This case should be fully independently investigated. My understanding is there was a pattern of other traffic stops targeting Sandra Bland prior to the traffic stop that led to her tragic death.
