I am asking that this law be passed. We have a pandemic in the USA with overdoses of Free Morphine and fentanyl. My daughter was killed by a guy who gave her this and my daughter died and he will walk away on to his next victim. Many parents are loosing their children to this rapped increase of the class 2 drug coming into the USA from China. Please save our children before it is to late and the drug dealers rule our country.
