No ACA repeal without a referendum
Congressional Republicans,
By popular vote you DO NOT have a mandate to repeal the ACA. You also DO NOT have a mandate because you have NOT presented any details on a replacement. Nor has Donald Trump, who provided merely VAGUE statements LACKING ANY AND ALL SUBSTANCE. You had 3 TIMES the chance to present an alternative to the PEOPLE and have FAILED to do so. Since you do not have the majority vote from the AMERICAN PEOPLE for your agenda, you MUST call for a REFERENDUM whether or not to repeal the ACA and let the PEOPLE decide and not YOU! Disregarding the people's voice on this is IRRESPONSIBLE.
