Medicare Part D penalty unfair
The penalty charged for being out of Medicare Part D is unfair.
The penalty for being out of Medicare Part D after your original start date is unfair. This is the ONLY "crime" in the US where a person is convicted without a trial, fined a penalty for the time out of Part D and sentenced to LIFE TIME payment of the fine and in which the fine is levied every month and increase every year. I request Congress support my petition and reverse this unfair practice that only serves to enhance the profits of the Drug Industry.
