My daughter is a type 1 diabetic. Her insulin and diabetic supplies are ridiculously exspensive and our insurance doesn't cover anything till we meet our $3000 deductible. She has to has insulin to live, there should be some kind of help out there....or cheaper prices.

Why? Why is the cost of medicines so high? Why should a parent who worries non-stop about their child's life on a daily basis also have to worry about loosing everything they own to pay for medicine? We didn't ask for this disease, yet we are being punished. People are dying because they can't afford it! Insulin is over $200 a vial! Ridiculous! Take action NOW!

Our family is adversely affected by high insulin costs. My stepdaughter is type 1 diabetic and her life depends on our family's ability to afford her medications. It should not be a burden on parents to figure out how to afford high cost medication just to keep their child alive.

My son's insulin steadily rises with each refill. My fear is that when he's out on his own he will not be able to afford filling his perscription. It's a crying shame that it costs over $1000 a month to keep my child alive (and that's WITH insurance).

The price of a life saving drug that has to be taken daily by some should not be this high. It is ridiculous and greedy. My daughter depends on insulin to live. I shouldn't have to spend $300-$400 a month on insulin ALONE!

Development costs have long been recovered. It is corporate greed and the need to increase shareholder profits driving the price increases.

This keeps my son alive. He is 2 years old and I will pay anything I have to but it is draining us.
