South Carolina Sentencing From 85% to 65%.... Second Chance!

This petition is to give everyone a second chance at life in society. Correctional facilities are SUPPOSED to correct, well give offenders a chance to live corrected. Bring back parole for all, reduce the sentencing percentage for all offenders and give them credit for their work credits with the possibility to relieve time of incarceration.
