Do Not Pass H4 EAD Rule without stringent criteria to identify talented spouses

H4 EADs or any EAD is being misused a lot as we see around in IT industry. People that dont deserve to be here are in the IT industry which reduces quality of the workforce and encourages fake experience.

H4 EAD or any EAD is being misused by people to create fake resumes and market themselves as 8 to 10 years experienced candidates. Since there is no background verification for IT contracting positions, EADs are misused this way by spouses/housewives that probably dont even have a STEM degree. The way they do it is by hooking up with the vendor services of a company through their own community employer, having someone else take the interview, faking resume as 8 years while they actually have only about 2 years experience from home country and are now sitting idle at home, and then end up getting a job in IT contracting industry which easily gives them USD5K per month.

The IT industry is suffering very heavily because of EADs being granted to J2,L2,and now even H4 dependents. We have seen and heard a lot on this topic in the internet and also face in competitive candidates in the industry which makes us feel that more investigation by the concerned authorities need to be done in this area by the GOVT and USCIS.



PLEASE DO NOT PASS THIS RULE. There is a whole citizen and resident crowd that is not supportive of this rule. And likewise, legitimate, real STEM holder h1b crowd as well. Please appreciate genuine efforts in getting STEM degree rather than granting EADs to anyone from anywhere.
